Rockler RED DOT Sale Incra LS-Positioner for Router

My Rockler has the LS-Positioner on sale for $140. I'm not familiar with this tool but am in the market for a router fence - is this a good price?

well, they (Rockler) has current coupon for 50% off any red tag item sale price so that means you can get it for $70.

The price from Woodcraft or Woodpecker is around 149 for the 17" positioner, so with the coupon its a great price.

I will warn that its the positioner part only, the fence parts will cost another $200 bucks... normally the positioner/fence is around $329

Loring - $140 is the reduced price. I'll have to go back but I'm pretty sure it's the positioner and fence - like shown in the WC link and the Rockler link here:

Seems like a really good deal. I haven't used the Incra, but use the Jointech fence on my router table. I love the accuracy and repeatability. I don't use it to make dovetails too often though, but the flexibility is there when I want it (usually just use a DT jig for speed).

When I bought the jointech, the big advantages were the dust collection (I have the collector connected to the underside of the table as well as the fence) and the metal lead screw instead of nylon (the part that enables the adjusting). I don't know how much of an issue the metal vs. nylon is; both are probably plenty durable.

The 17" should be plenty for most uses.

The coupon in the Rockler flier says, ADDITIONAL 50% off any red dot item.

If it's marked 50% off to $140 as a red dot item,

what ever it's marked you can take another 50% off with the coupon! No Kidding!

You need to find one of these coupons.

O.K. I see the flyer says red dot items are already marked down 25-50% so this item should be at least $329.99*.75*.5 = $123.75 not $140.

If someone knows how to get a bigger discount on this let me know!

The Rockler flyer has a coupon for 50% off any red dot item. At my Rockler many red dot items show the regular price - i.e. they have not been marked down at all. In the case of the positioner the red dot price is $280. If you use the 50% off coupon it brings it down to $140 + tax out the door.

If someone knows how to get a bigger discount on this let me know!
