Bessey Handscrew clamps @ Amazon ??

Any comments on the quality/value of these Bessey handscrew clamps "on sale" at Amazon... are these prices any good or just the usual?

What I can see and tell from the picture and write up, they look good. Better than a lot of the ones I have seen. I don't thing you will go wrong witrh any clamp bearing the Bessey name.

Here is a link on my website that shows the price history for your search.

The last big price drops were in the beginning of April.

I have some hand screw clamps by Jorgensen which are very nicely finished and probably comparable with the Besseys.

I also have some by Penn State industries (www.pennstateind.com)
8" for example is $6.75 (vs. almost $16 for the Bessey on sale at amazon)

is not as nicely finished but I think every bit as functional for less than half the price.

Bang for the buck I'd go for the penn state ones.
