Thanks (I think? ) for the tip!

I've been looking at a Freud glue-line rip, and this is within ~$10, I'd say.

    Regards,
    Tom

Good price. It's the cheapest that I have seen in awhile. Too bad the 10 percent off promotion ended.

I jumped on this with both feet. When you have a minimalist portable saw, a thin kerf blade is one of the few ways to get more action out of it. There's no blade on Earth with a better rep than Forrest.

            THANKS!

By the way, you get another $1 off if you use their a9.com search engine. It's google powered so it works pretty well and you get a few pennies off every order. It's a painless discount.

I wonder why I get such poor search results with A9 versus Google? Also, the A9 page says "powered by Windows Live". I like the reference results section of A9 though.

I think a9.com used to use Google, up until less than a month ago., then they switched to Windows Live. Since the switch, i no longer use a9 for regular searching, but doing one dummy search a day seems to keep my pi/2 discount active.

I had just ordered two of these from Amazon at *0.84 each. Just called them up, and they're refunding me $16.90 X 2. Thanks very much for the tip!

They list my receive date as June 22 to June 26. I wonder why the big difference?

My expected delivery is July 15. They are going to ship each of my items separately. The craziest thing about Amazon is their shipping department. I have ordered clamps in the past and get them one at a time. I ordered two folding plastic sawhorses last year and they shipped in two HUGE boxes diagonally. I wish they did better on shipping so they could further reduce prices.

Well Vermonster, as one Vermonter to another, thanks for the heads up!

I've wanted to get a second blade for if/when my Chinese blade gives me grief. So far it's been working fine but I've heard nothing but good about the WWII.

The estimated arrival date is 7/22-8/9. Oh well, something to look forward to.
