These people may not. I have had numerous free subscriptions through them and I remember there was one time that I was receiveing two magazines every month (same one) I called up the company and was told that one was a pay subscription and one was a free one. They refused to combine them, I even tried to cancel the free one but that didn't work out either. They indicated on the phone that it had been canceled but I still received two copies till the subscriptions ran out.

just to make everyone aware, you have to be "approved" by the "publisher" not quite sure what they mean by that, but some mags i sign up for i get, some i don't... so don't be disaponed if it doesn't come.

ie: early this year i signed up for
log home illustrated and old house journal

been getting OHJ for a while, never saw a LHI

              FWIW, YMMV

Hope you guys noticed the edit opt-in button beside the final Submit button. The default is to accept mailings from many 3rd parties. But if you used a junk email addy it won't be a problem

Received first issue of free Workbench subscription today

I just got the first issue of my free one-year Workbench subscription. It took a few months to finally get it -- I had forgotten about the offer when it showed up in my mailbox today.
I haven't been inundated with unwanted offers in my email, either.
