    HF Sale Length

How long do sales at HF usually last. I'm taking about the 24" bar clamp in particlar (for $3.5 each).

And how often do the 36" and 48" bar clamps go on sale?

There should be a date on the front of the flyer. I picked up two of the 36" aluminum bar clamps this afternoon. Great for $6.50 each.

Don't remember having the 48" or 60" go on sale. But I keep watching the flyers!

Hey there. FYI, I bought 4 of each size clamps from my local HF. Yes cheap but... cheap! I've managed to break at least 1 of each size already. The clamps are made of plastic so you'll have to be very careful not put any significant pressure on them at all. Just my humle personal opinion. Try one at the store if you can before buying too many of them.

???? No plastic on mine. All metal except for the wooden handle. I buy the HF F-style -bar clamps like these:

Don't buy the HF quick-grip wanna-be's, one-handed "Ratchet" clamps like these:

Yeah, I know the 24" and the 48" are on sale ($3.5, and $10 respectivly), but hoe long can I expect the sale to last, and is it possible the 48" might go on sale for even less in the near future?

                    36" clamp

shows in their current flyer for $6.99. Sale ends 5/30.

24" shows @ $3.99 sale ends 5/15. BETTER HURRY ON THIS ONE!

Heck. I read the title and thought that HF was selling some length that I could use on all the boards in the shop that I've cut that were too short.

Wood_workur, HF is real good about rain checks, if you go and they don't have them ask the manager for a rain check (embellish the amount, you can alwyas buy less) and ask for him to mark the price you expect to get (beause its on sale at the web site or a flyer).

What you need is an unsaw.
It'll put back in the kerf all the sawdust that was removed.

HF coupons, sales and discounts are pretty cyclic. unless you need them right NOW then you can be sure they will be on sale again sometime soon.
