Ladder Legs?

I get an email a day from "homemade tools" and some of the links are hilarious. Here is one:

That wasn’t a stunt walking a ladder like that! It'scommon practice, or it use to be unless OSHA or some other safety agency stopped it. The first time I saw someone walking a ladder was installing fire protection piping in a 30 foot tall ceiling in our plant. These ladders were extension step ladders and were scary to climb. Same method as the video except the walker was on top of the extension.
