E-mail Addresses in MS Office 365

I am setting up a new laptop with Windows 10 and MS Office 365. I have a question concerning Office Outlook. My old desktop with Windows XP is running an earlier version of Outlook, and I want to include all of my contact addresses on my old Outlook to my new laptop. Is there a simple way to do this without manually entering each e-mail address one at a time? Thanks for any advise.

When I've upgraded recently I just copied over my old outlook file, but I'm not using MS's cloud based email.

I am not sure, but in the desktop version of Office, you would simply export the .pst and .ost files, and import them into the new system.

The following link is what Microsoft has to say on the matter.
