          Yep, countless numbers of hours of my life I will never get back. I attended my first video conference in about 10 years last week. Only the people have changed. What amazed me was some were using their camera phones. What a joke. At least you could not easily tell they were still in their pajamas.

            So true!

            My favorite have been with agents stationed in India. I guess they don't work out of a call center because in the background all you hear is cars honking and everyday street noise. It's like listening to an NPR interview.
