It's really just copying and pasting. I'll go ahead and set up a new document.

Per the rules the contest is officially over. it appears that I am the biggest loser! In all fairness I am considering myself not eligible for the prize and give it to the runner up BigguyZ. Well done sir! You now have patron status through November 5th, 2014.

So, a spammer brought this back to the surface!

While the subject and survey was closed long ago, it was interesting to read through it and honestly I had forgotten all about it. So today (and for the last few weeks) I've made it down to around 170 lbs. which was my stated goal way back in 2014! It took me more than a few years and a couple or serious cancer surguries with the last this past February. (The Doc says that it's all good.)

While in the hospital, I'd loose a few pounds each time and then I'd push myself to not regain anything. Every morning I'd hit the scales before my shower and if I went up, I'd take action. So this morning I weighed 170.4, I pushing to get to 160!

Hope you all are doing well, it's not what you weigh, it's what you are happy with and how you feel,
