classical music film - A Late Quartet

Fans of classical music and some good acting might want to try A Late Quartet.

They're actors and not musicians so their playing is simulated. Its about a reknowned string quartet famous for its teamwork that is undergoing some changes and the story besides all the personal issues is the survival of the quartet.

I thought the acting was good and I enjoy classical music having played throughout jr. High and high school.

AVailable on Netflix as an instant queue.

My wife and I also enjoyed "A Late Quartet". Quartets were hot last year. "Quartet" was a British comedy about a retirement home for musicians. We liked it too.

My wife is was a double major, one of which was music. I can't play worth a hoot, but I enjoy listening to the classics.

I've seen promos for that and thought it was interesting. I'll have to give it a view sometime- though right now I barely have time to keep up with the few shows I'm currently trying to keep up with.
