    Not sure I explained that quite well enough, I'm clamping both my welders work leads to the rig itself so that the tack table would be grounded through the entire chassis. His concern is striking a tank with a stick or something and the possibility of explosion because the tanks would be 'live' as well.

    That almost doesn't make much sense either, but it's the best I can do this late at night

        You explained that away with the Noble gasses (if I remember my term). Although I don't think Argon is a Noble gas (nitrogen is,CO2?).
        Anyway the way I read it after that, was he still had a concern, which is why my brain said, what would be his other concern, if your not keeping the O/A stuff with the cart.
        She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
