    The Pirate Ship

    Anyone who has driven along the Queen Elizabeth Way through the Niagara Region in Ontario Canada in the last few years may have noticed what is known as "The Pirate Ship" on the edge of Lake Ontario at Jordan Harbour. The ship has it's own story that can be found here. I stopped by a few weeks ago and snapped some pictures of the old bucket. Here are a couple of the nicer ones.

          there's a concrete ship (yes, made of concrete) resting in Galveston bay.
          Interesting history. 412 feet long, 6800 tons.

              With the metal and a/c thefts that have been going on around here, the last few years, I am surprised, that much of the ship is left.
              She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
