    Happy Thanksgiving!

Just wanted to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving before I head off to the kitchen to start making pies.

I already wished everyone a happy Thanksgiving, but I'll do it again. As for pies...pecan is my favorite.

I'm off to carve the Bird. We have a new convection oven. We got up at 5AM to cook the bird, but it only took three hours instead of 6 like we used to do.

Anyway, happy thanksgiving to you and your families.

Since its just the two of us this year, we're hitting one of the nicer restaurants for dinner.

I hope everyone has a good Thanksgiving.

                  Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

LOML roasted a 14# bird, lasagna (her Italian father's family tradition) all the trimmings and 3 pies. For 3 of us!! She shouldn't have to cook for several days, but she will--can't stop herself!!

I'm especially thankful to all of you for your support and education over the past year. Spent a good part of the day finishing up a few boxes for Christmas gifts, started on a drumstick rack for our son--his request, my design. It's the guidance and fellowship from y'all that provided a huge part of the inspiration and skill set that led to this point. I'm very grateful for all of you!!

Another "Happy Thanksgiving" from north of the border. Hope everyone had a great day.

As a side note, this year my wife and I decided not to have turkey (just two of us) for the Canadian Thanksgiving. Today, at a client site here in Toronto, they had turkey with all the fixing which of course I had to have!!
