    argh! She cleaned my shop!!!!

    I feel violated!

My drill bits are "organized" (by size, not type!)

My wood is organized (yeeesh... no idea where my birdseye maple went)

And everything has been vacuumed --- removing the protective layer of saw dust.

The thorough vacuum job also sucked up a couple of small pieces of wood that I'd cut as spacers.

    (pout, grumble, growl).

    What can I do --- it's my wife --- I love her.......

I suppose I'll say "thanks" and get back to work.

Maybe she is making ready to add something into your shop and she wanted it to look nice.

Don't go gushy though and thank her. That will make her suspicious.

      Been there...

Now is the time for just a nice quiet conversation about the importance of "territory". Please, don't do what I did unless you want to make this a really serious matter!

(The week after my shop was cleaned, I decided to surprise the LOML by organizing her kitchen! Fortunately for me, is she came home just as I was starting on the second cabinet.)

Somehow it doesn't make sense, but when something is in it's place it's so hard to find.

You should explain to her how, in drilling, its not size that's important, but how they're used.

I told LOML one time if you see something of mine where it shouldn't be leave it. If you put where it belongs I will never find it.
