The Cold War is but a memory

Who could have thought 40 years ago that in 2012 young people in Moscow
would put on a "flash mob" happening, dancing to an 83 year old American
song written by Irving Berlin, a Russian-born American Jew?

This must be one of the largest flashmobs ever.

That was really fun! I like the newlyweds; they seemed surprised and almost overwhelmed.

That was great. I was beginning to wonder if there were any "spectators".

Cool video! Wonder if the newlyweds were part of it or just got included when they stopped? I think the later.

I get the impression watching that, that the newlyweds may have been the reason for the flash mob...

For what it's worth, that groom has good taste in brides, but then again, I am VERY partial to red heads... :-)

If you watch the video closely, I think the newlyweds were part of it from the star as it was all for show. Approximately 40 seconds from the end, both bride and groom fall into step with the mob as if they had been practicing and the way the camera ends up in the brides face as she plays up to it is just to coincidental.
Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, it's just how I see it. That plus all the special cameras....

Still fun to see and while the bride is atractive, personally for me she barely in the top 10

It is not a flash mob but a prepared wedding celebration. All the acrobatic tricks were not spontaneous but well practiced. People are not the mob but professional dancers.

It sure looks that way. Maybe done for a "Our Wedding" video. Or, could have been for some commercial.

I'd bet money they were all paid and it was totally scripted for everyone involved

That's my suspicion, too, but still great fun to watch and very well done. The spectators seem surprised and the kids dancing to the music looked pretty spontaneous.

Like the proposal video that was making the rounds a few weeks ago, all these people might be in the business, but doing a favor for a friend.

Anyway, I liked it a lot and have watched it several times already.
