Well it is. We have a lot of fruit and nut trees in Central California. With all the other controversial bills going through the process, this one will sneak through.

Just think those of us with BT3's might be able to sell for more than we paid originally. Mine has a Shark Gaurd and 2 Riving Knifes and all the options. Not. They will make us have them inspected and fitted with the safety device before we sell them that will be after we register and get a sticker for them. Just like selling your car, you have have it smogged before you sell it. Ah! another agency and another fee. I was a State employee to long see how the mind works.
