Yeah, I noticed it too... kinda like our slow donation bar. Maybe Sam is trying to save money by throttling back to keep us on air longer ;-)

I did not notice - as I was traveling all day. I was on at about 8 AM briefly and it was OK and again at about 10 PM, again briefly, and it was OK then too, for me.
