    Motorcycle riders ?

    Hello all
I spent the day working on my bike, and am wondering what you guys or gals are riding? I have a 1996 BMW R850R with just under 40,000 miles.

At the present I'm not riding, but am looking for a Harley. It's one bike I've never had and would like to give one a go. But my history was with several types from cafe racers to dressers.

          You're close. It's a KZ1000 with an 1132 kit, smoothbores, K&N's. A great street bike.

Not yet, but I will be soon. I’m finally going to fulfill one of my dreams: being the proud owner of a Harley

                      NO!

Been trying to talk the wife into letting me get another Hog. So far, no joy. Maybe it was the time I told her about my standing up on the seat at 100 MPH.
Also, she keeps telling me that I don't have enough life insurance or money, so that's that's stopping me.

Sometimes, I really wish I was single.

                      Bruce

I envy you guys that have agreeable wives.

Only 100 MPH...what a wimp. If it was a handstand on the handlebars, that would get me clappin'. Maybe you should wait for your ankle to heal. BTW...how's it doing?

                          Hey Cab,
At least standing was better than sitting. I'll try the handstand in my next life (single).

And thanks for asking, the ankle is as good as it should be at my age. I'm back at the gym, felt like I never left, except for the 20 extra pounds I put on while in a cast.

                          How are you doing??

I haven't ridden in years, and I am sure if I even looked at a Motorcycle LOML would have a fit... But back in my much younger days I rode..

Black / Gold 1980 Honda CB750F Super Sport

Blue / Silver 1983 Kawasaki 750 LTD (Hated that bike, got rid of it fast!)

Black / Red 1990 Honda VT 1100 Shadow.

If I could convince LOML that I am not going to get run over my a semi, and money was no object, I would grab a new Indian Chief Vintage. Yes I said NEW Indian Chief... I know Indian comes and goes, but if I can ever have the honor of owning and riding one of those, I will!
