    Need Some Electronics Suggestions

    LOML has hinted that she wants a docking station for an iPod Touch, 2nd Gen. I've done some searching and I doubt she wants one that looks like a boom box. It needs to play through speakers or headset. It would need to also be a charger. Info at online sites don't specifically list that stuff. I'm out of that loop entirely, and maybe they all do those things for all I know.

    The other thing she wants is a wii, which I understand to be some sort of gaming device. So, any of you that can fill me in and make suggestions as to those two items, I would appreciate it.

      About the Wii, what she really wants is the exercise board add on to the Wii. Which means that you have to get the Wii and the add on - unless you can find a combo special somewhere.

      As for the iPod dock, ask her where it is going to live and then find one that fits the space. Don't get one with built-in speakers - buy better speakers that will plug into the dock. All docks charge.

              The speakers are pretty good but not great, good enough for a bedroom or small office, but probably not for family room / living room and I'm sure any true audiophiles would be revolted by them.

              I have the IP1 which I received for my birthday a couple of weeks ago. It is the best sound system I've ever owned. It won't rattle the windows but there's little distortion at full volume.
