Do you think you're better than someone else?

Some of my projects are equal, some are better, many are not as good. Roy Underhill and David Marks both do things that my attempts to copy pale in comparison.

In some things my work is equal to masters in result. A huge difference is my speed or lack thereof in getting it done. For example:

I doubt it; someone was attempting to sell an iPod stand on eBay that was a hunk of 2x4 with a groove cut in it and another piece nailed on for the back. Not sanded or finished and not even cut well or assembled straight. I'd bet even they were the worst woodworker in the world.
