Every now and again I get a sense of hope about people. Then I read Craigslist posts and quickly become cured of my optimism. Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. Please check out and subscribe to my Workshop Blog. -
Please don't remind me...
I do at least make an effort to use proper grammar and spelling. I do not however, always succeed.
I must admit, I expect my wife to not know that Radio Alarm Saw isn't right... It sounds like it could be a real thing. However, the person selling said "Radio Alarm Saw" should know what they are selling, and what it really is.
I am also getting rather terse about all of the posts listing a 10" Delta Professional Table Saw only to click on the ad and see a picture of a Black and Decker Compound Miter Saw on the page. Either the photo is wrong, or the seller is an idiot. There is also the possibility the seller is a thief that has no clue what they stole and are trying to resell. Please like and subscribe to my YouTube channel. What is it with RAS's and sawzalls that cause such a burst of creative
re-interpreting of the names? They seem to be miles beyond the
mass of other stuff for sale on the web.
Or is it just our particular sphere of interest?

Radial Harm Saws
On another site, I learned about DeWalt's Alligator saw. I thought now there is a specialized tool if ever I've seen one. Turns out, DeWalt does indeed make such a tool but it is sold only in Europe. I believe the model is 354. It looks like our recipro saw but has two blades each sawing in opposite directions. Looks like it would be less dangerous than a chainsaw for log cutting.

To be honest, at least around here, English isn't the first language of many of the more creative spellers, and chances are excellent that they don't known any better. What is it with RAS's and sawzalls that cause such a burst of creative
