This is a naturally occurring tree just a few feet off an infrequently-traveled country lane in East Tennessee. My cousin and her husband saw it while exploring. They told me about it and I didn't believe them; so, they took me to see it. Just wondering what you guys think it looks like?

I'd say on a scale of 1 - 10, it looks like a 8.

Looks like the back side of a left legged lady with a serious skin disorder.Happiness is sort of like wetting your pants....everyone can see it, but only you can feel the warmth.
