If this is their first day up on the new version, I would be surprised if there weren't some teething problems, although this afternoon it seems to have come to a dead stop. It may be all their users have gotten the word and are checking it out? Their IT folks will probably be engaged in that old oriental pass-time (TU-NING) this evening when traffic dies down.

Late last night I was checking out their (bicycle wheel type) lawn cart and decided to see the PDF on assembly instructions. About half way through, it just stopped dead. I was tired so I went to sleep. First thing this morning I checked again (about 6:30 AM) and was greeted by the new site. It loaded fast at that point. I checked on the lawn cart and it was out of stock! But the site loaded fast at that time.Hank Lee

No, you DO have it backwards. HF-sans-USA is for online ordering. HFUSA has no online ordering but does allow you to compile a shopping list that you can print and take to a store. The Store Locator is there, too.

Thank you, see below.
That explains why I use the one I used. Some things are on the "internet only" site, and yet available at a few stores (very few, but still). My local store (so far) price matches the internet site, and every pdf reference I have seen, linked to, was to the internet only site. The "retail", B&M site does not have prices, other than on the sales fliers. I always check the "internet only" site for their price (they show prices) prior to going in to the B&M location. I didn't think the "internet only" site had retail locations but apparently they did. Seems counter-productive to me.
Yet I learn something again. She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.Comment

Looks like their IT folks were busy last night. The site is much faster this morning and some stuff that was broken yesterday (e.g. retail locations) has been fixed. It's also interesting that you can view the retail sales flyers from the internet only site. This may have been there in the old site and I never looked for it since I assumed there was some sort of separation between the two outfits. As things stand, all the internet site needs to do is indicate if the item is available in their stores and they can blow away the retail site.Don't ever ask a barber if you need a haircut.Comment
