                  "Planks"? They look more like hunks of firewood. Not sure I'd want them in my multimillion dollar skyscraper.

                  Not only are the shoes not steel-toe, but they look like they're about to come off the guy. Backless shoes maybe?

                  May God bless him, though. He's employed, evidently healthy, and able to provide for his family.
