Bought a 63 in about 71 by 76 it was more rust than metal but it still ran good. For amenities it had a AM radio and a heater that in the winter almost kept up with the air flow through the holes in the floor.

Great story about a determined and fiesty woman. Did anyone else pick up on that cool underdash a/c unit she had? Haven't even seen one of those in a car
since the sixties, wish they were still around worked great and weren't too hard to service either, if installed properly.
