Another abusive doctor : how do they get the opportunity?

Im pretty confident that unless the facility that this man is sent to keeps him locked up, in seclusion, for the duration of his sentence, he may only serve 1 - 2 years of that time before he is murdered... some of the guys in prison feel that they have nothing left to loose...

for example Jeffery Dahmer was killed
That priest that went to jail was killed

when asked why, IIRC the murderer said that it is one thing to victimize an adult, but another thing altogether to victimize children...
