It is a shame, but we will never know how it may have turned out. Colt is a heckuva guy and roll model. Staying healthy playing football is a gamble at best. He said it his self. He's been hit many times like that before without incident.

I am not convinced the result would have been different, but the game certainly would have.
Congrats to all including Texas. They have a great team and coaches and I suspect will be right back in contention very soon.

Would the game have been different with McCoy? Maybe, maybe not. The 'Horns were facing a great defense. Congrats to the Tide!

With Colt hurt we got to see the future of Texas, and it looks bright.

I think Texas has a few good years coming. After their freshman quarterback settled down, he did well. Once he gets some more playing time under his belt he is going to be a power to be reconned with.

ya, I was disappointed in the game. Neither one of those teems looked very sharp.

I was looking forward to seeing McCoy play. I never have the free time to follow college football much. It would have made the game a lot more enjoyable for me. Congratulations Bama! I wonder if my old teammate wishes he would have stayed coaching there instead of going to A&M.
