Guess I Will Be Watching The Bowl Games This Year

My surgery is scheduled for the 18th. Can't drive anywhere for a week after - Doc says it might require sudden movement if a kid or whatever jumps in front of the car, which would hurt. My jailer, err wife said something about two weeks. since I don't really need to go anywhere. So I guess I will be watching a lot of football.

Is this for the hernia? If so, I would like a few details of how it goes, etc. I have a groin area hernia (have had it for 15 years-can't remember the medibabble greckoromanlatin name for it) that I probably need to have fixed sometime. It's only bothered me really one time in particular, but as I get older, I am starting to worry about it some.

I've never done much of that, except when watching the Bills and they do something extremely stupid. I don't really have a dog in the hunt for any of the bowl games, I just like football.

I will let everybody know how it goes. What I am most worried about actually is the anesthesia part, strangely enough. My wife says though that all it is is you go to sleep, then you wake up.
