I wasn't a candidate for surgery, age and size, but my treatment was non-invasive. It was a clinical trial using chemo, radiation and hormones. I considered proton therapy, but I decided it wasn't developed enough. I also liked being part of a clinical trial where I get followed afterwards. I haven't heard of a protocol using ultrasound. Maybe the proton treatment?
