Are You Done With Christmas Shopping?

Most of mine is done. I have to get one more thing for my wife.

Done? Almost. There are a few small items we still need to get but we have 90% of it done. It's nice to have it out of the way early but the downside is that there is still two, almost three good weeks of sales to go. With the temptations of sales, I'm sure we will buy more gifts than we originally planned for.

We're done. SWMBO ran out of my money.

Nope. I need more walnut... The pre made stuff is all on its way, but I have 2 more projects to complete prior to Christmas...

I am not posting the projects as I KNOW LOML sandbags here from time to time, but rest assured, I will post them up after Christmas. So far got some real nice stuff coming out of the shop...

I've got a busy time. Christmas, her birthday (Jan 1), our anniversary (Jan 19), and Valentines Day. I try to buy all the cards at once. As for gifts, that's the tough part.

Hmm.... that's the smart way to do it - cram everything into a month or two, then it is all easier to remember every year. Now see what we need to do is marry a woman who's birthday is Christmas Day on her birthday.

I'm with Jesper. I can't get out of my wife what she wants/needs, and my kids are at school in the US so they'll just get a check in the mail. Other than that, I'll probably order a gift basket for my parents. It's hard when your likely recipients are 5,000 miles away.

For those done with shopping already or those waiting until the 24th, how many people do you buy presents for and how many presents?

I'm done with shopping. I buy presents for three people - my wife and my parents. When my girls get older I will start buying things for them, but right now at 2 and 5 they are happy with toys.
