    If not for deed restrictions....

...that exclude mobile homes, I would be on the phone to find a mover. After all, the ad says it just "needs some TLC".

That has to be the understatement of the century, and the last one!

A little C4 or TNT might help move it. LOML worked as Housing Rep for the Calif. Dept of Housing. That might qualify for a Section 8 rental. I am not kidding I went with her a couple of times when she traveled to inspect so of the housing in the Rural Counties, beleive some weren't much better that that. That might qualify for Flip house though. Some of the Indian housing out here isn't much better especially out in hills, but that is a whole different story about choices.

Might make good firewood except for the fact that mobile homes use lots of materials that are laced with toxic chemicals.

What would you do with this thing anyway?

Dirty Jobs recently aired a segment on what it takes to prepare and move a double-wide mobile home that's been repossessed. I'll keep my day job, thanks.

I wonder if it even could be moved without falling apart. I also wonder if it is worth fixing. Mobile homes aren't worth that much and that one needs several thousand dollars of work.

If it didn't have all the hole is the exterior walls then it might make a good shop for someone with some property. Gut the inside and fix the bathroom and presto a long narrow shop. Looks like a 12 x 40 single wide. Naw TNT or C4 is still a better Idea or practice for firemen.
