Hopefully he was never in it and he is hiding somewhere.

          Hope he's OK too.

If it turns out he was never on the baloon, I'm betting the whole thing was a PR hoax for his reality-show parents.

Hiding in the attic. A good outcome all things considered.

Now we can get on to the real discussion, should all people that appear on WifeSwap have their children taken away, or only most of them?

Yep, a good outcome. If I done something like that--sent Dad's weather balloon off into space--when I was a kid I would have stayed hid. For a long time. Reminds me of a Calvin and Hobbes episode from a few years ago when Calvin decided to help Dad with the plumbing.

Re' Wife Swap, I could have used that a few years ago. Like maybe with Jesse James (Sandra Bullock's husband) or Brad Pitt when he was still married to Jennifer Aniston. Then I would have said, hey, sounds good to me, you keep her. And I'll keep Sandra. Or Jen.

It’s probably the stank of guilt vomit from this morning's talk show circuit.

there's some suspicion that it was a stunt pulled by the publicity-hungry family.

if it was, it certainly worked well but involved the parents telling the kids to lie to the authorities.

But later on Thursday, Falcon himself aroused suspicions when asked on CNN's "Larry King Live" why he stayed in hiding so long when people were calling his name. "You guys (his parents) said that we did this for the show," he said.

Parents who punish their children by giving them absurd names, leave experimental lighter than air vehicles secured by no more than a tie-down, have attic access that a 6 year old can reach, and then use the situation to garner a measure of fame deserve to have their children taken away from them.

                          There, I said it.

The ones who lose in this careless and fame hungry environment are the children.

Then again, it stinks like Falcon's parents set the whole thing up so maybe their environment is all too controlled.

I saw one of their interviews on TV and automatically thought it was a stunt. Too many people are media whores nowadays. In fact I heard on the radio that this family was on some reality show previously and that the father let the 6 yo cuss. I feel bad for the kid. I hope his parents wise up.

Seems a poor way to raise children. I would not be surprised if they actually get their show. With luck, since they may be charged with felonies, they will get sentenced to over a year each.
