    Here is a Pic of me, though not proud of it. I've been paying a lot more attention to my diabetes since then.

    Lost about 40#s. (That's 18.14 KG for you metric folks, and 2.9 Stone for Her Majesty's Subjects.)

                          This a picture that was taken at a cub scout camp out that we had on 5-14. Of course the children are our twins Richard and Rebecca, the other guy in the picture is Chris Sherril, who is Scotts (aka Smc)son. He is stationed at Ft. Lewis which is a short drive away from our home and we invited him over to camp out with the boys and to show off his gear. It was a lot of fun and everyone had a good time.

                            Well you could picture a 55yr old bald guy 5'8 160 lbs uncommonly good looking. Or follow this link to a friends site of me practicing one of my other hobbies. That picture was taken Jan 1,2004 when we had an unseasonalby warm spell of 52 degrees.
