    Car Port Canopies

Anyone have any recommendations for a carport canopy. It needs to be 17' x 20' and side walls would be preferred. I got 2 smaller ones from Kragen but the tarp ended tearing in less than a year. The places where the poles were connected would also break fairly easy with a gust of wind.

There seems to be a ton online. Anyone have personal experience.

I've never known Cabelas to sell junk. Everything I have gotten through them has been pretty much bomb proof...

Mind you those canopies you are talking about are intended for temporary use, not year round use. I would be stunned if ANY of them would last more than a year of continuous use...

I have wondered how stout those frames are. The canopies never last, and I have heard of a few people selling/scraping the frames, so I wondered about sheeting them, in pole barn sheeting.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

If you want permanent, I'd go with an all metal one.
