    This is Minnesota??

It's 97 freakin' degrees right now. Of course 120 miles north of here, Brainerd is only 57. Screwed up state.

We had a heavy frost this morning here in eastern PA... must be more examples of global warming.

We will be up in the Brainerd area come July. I sure hope it isn't 97 degrees there then.

No gators around here and it'll be a couple of weeks before the man-eating skeeters show up.

That's a normal summer for Calif. I'll be at 65* (coast) while 30 miles away (inland valley) is 105* of course there is a mountain range in between the two.

A coworker has a trailer up on Manitoulin island. He said they woke up to snow on Sunday.

fark.com submitter had an article that said something to the effect that one of the effects of global warming was going to be a colder south-east US...

( the comment was that this just proves that climatologists are just full of it and are now making stuff up without concern to how it will be recieved)

I'm all for a cooler southeast...

During the same hour yesterday it hit 100 degrees in Granite Falls in the southwest part of the state and was 37 degrees in Grand Marais on the North Shore...

                    Gotta love it.

I'm in Tampa for the week and it is 70 degrees and hasn't stopped raining since I got off the plane. I can't wait to get home to MN for some nice weather!

Not much better today. 92d with 50 mph winds. I had two construction sites in the middle of corn dry farmfields to inspect/survey today. There were times when visibility was less than 200 ft due to blowing dirt. I went in a convenience store afterwards and the clerk asked if I'd been in a sandblaster.

Of course I'm taking my boat up to our cabin just north of Brainerd for the weekend where the forecast is for 70d days and sunshine the entire time. Can't always complain!
