( the comment was that this just proves that climatologists are just full of it and are now making stuff up without concern to how it will be recieved)

During the same hour yesterday it hit 100 degrees in Granite Falls in the southwest part of the state and was 37 degrees in Grand Marais on the North Shore...

Not much better today. 92d with 50 mph winds. I had two construction sites in the middle of corn dry farmfields to inspect/survey today. There were times when visibility was less than 200 ft due to blowing dirt. I went in a convenience store afterwards and the clerk asked if I'd been in a sandblaster.
Of course I'm taking my boat up to our cabin just north of Brainerd for the weekend where the forecast is for 70d days and sunshine the entire time. Can't always complain!Comment
