    Is It A Warning?

I've got ready to go, a pallet of sod and a yard of topsoil. Today my plans were to fill in some bare spots and level out dips in the yard. Got my gloves, gathered together my shovels and rakes, pumped up the tire on my wheelbarrow, and then it starts to drizzle. Within 2-3 minutes the sky opens up.

Now I'm thinkin'...is it possible that I'm NOT supposed to be doing this at this time. Like, if it didn't rain, would I have some type of accident, like throwing my back out, or get eaten alive by some red ants? Or maybe I'm supposed to be typing this wanting to know if there are reasons for everything, and superstitions can be true.

We did our lawn in November a few years back and it snowed a week later. I expected to find mush a week later, but it actually did quite well in the spring. The 'Sod Guy' said it was OK to do in the Fall, I just figured he was trying to get rid of his dirt before it froze up.

Unless it is thunder and lightning I'd be out there planting grass in the rain. At my old house I used to plant stuff in the rain all the time. Soil was wet and easier to dig and I didn't have to water it when I was done.

The deities of weather are trying to save your back for ya, buddy!
The dirt will be there the next dry day that you get.
          Blessings,
          Chiz

              Hey Bro,

Remember "Whatever goes around, comes around".

Its all payback for your deeds in your previous life.

Well, Benjamin Franklin was quoted as saying...

SOURCE:"Beer is proof that God loves us, and wants us to be happy." .

So it sounds like God wants you to stop and have a beer instead of doing lawn work.

                  Yeah, that's it...

But honestly honey, God WANTED me to have this beer!
