The levels human brutality gets to always amazes me.

That just goes to show how a simple incident can escalate. The driver was whacked out and was over the edge. The pedestrian might have felt justified in showing his right of way, but he did get physical first. That does not warrant what eventually happened. Some people cannot control their anger. that's very disturbing. sure the pedestrian may have been somewhat drunk and combative but that surely in no way excuses the outcome.
