The city made him do it

Now they want to use movies to explain their own behaviour :

Defense invokes 'Crash,' blaming chance encounter for man's death

This is the one where the guy drove over his victim while a cop was still holding onto his vehicle.

The levels human brutality gets to always amazes me.
It is the mark of an educated mind to be able to entertain a thought without accepting it.

That just goes to show how a simple incident can escalate. The driver was whacked out and was over the edge. The pedestrian might have felt justified in showing his right of way, but he did get physical first. That does not warrant what eventually happened. Some people cannot control their anger. So, It's best not to press ones luck.

that's very disturbing. sure the pedestrian may have been somewhat drunk and combative but that surely in no way excuses the outcome.
