                                  You test a vest OFF a person. What is tested ON people are pepper spray, pellets, tasers, etc.

                                  I expect this is going to make some rounds in some police depts.
                                  She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
