I think on the one hand that people should have enough common sense to avoid them. OTOH, someone should have had enough common sense not to introduce the **** thing.
I also think it is just plain dangerous. Isn't there a risk that someone will stretch their stomach so much that they will end up w/ an aneurysm or something?
Didn't one of those professional contest eaters die last year? And they're trained professionals.
You know, that's just wrong. They need to add chicken fried bacon with cream gravy on top of that, and toast the bun and slather it with butter before it needs a warning.
I was kinda intrigued by the "vegan" group advocating the warning - in light of the all of the salmonella (and other) problems with vegetables, fruits and nuts in the past few years.
I personally am looking forward to trying the battered and deep fried bacon that I read about in Texas - when I visit my daughter near Dallas later this month.
