    Busted on a bar stool

Well, it seemed like a good idea--save time moving from his mobility device to the barstool.

The vehicle looks pretty well engineered - he even has the anti-roll wheel in the back.

So does this mean that you can't mow the lawn if you have a suspended license? How about a 90 year old unlicensed person driving their Rascal down the street? Would they be ticketed for driving without a license also?

      Seems far fetched to me.

If at first you don't succeed, deny you were trying in the first place.

I would not be surprised given the high center of gravity. DAMHIK but you can get the front wheels of the old school Snapper mowers off the ground, if you are on gravel or pavement and the rear wheels have enough bite.

Vehicles under a certain HP, don't require either a license or tags. Yet, they are still motorized and you can be cited for operating them impaired. The driver in the story above, was seen operating wrecklessly and wrecked (according to the article), If a 90 year old was drunk, and driving his rascal scooter, in and out of traffic, you bet he could be ticketed/arrested. It was thought to be a possible factor here, in one case where a person in a scooter, crossed a highway, on the downside of a hill (towards the top), and has hit and killed.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.

I actually work in the same town were this happened. Not a day goes by where I don't see a rascal scooter driving down the road/sidewalk with a nice orange flag sticking up out of it. I'm sure I would have spit out my coffee if I had seen this thing heading down the road. I bet this guy driving doesn't fit the profile of a rascal scooter driver. Maybe the beer gave him away.

I guess he's always got a seat at the bar.

Looks like the frame is all copper pipe. Maybe he's planning on adding a tap to it?

I didn't see a beer holder. He must have been wearing his two can beer hat.

I thought it was rusty steel, not copper pipe.
