I'd offer to help for beer and food, you bring the parts. Except that California is probably a long way to go for help

Would one of those exploded view diagrams help? I'd offer my help except that I am clueless, haven't disassembled mine yet, plus it's a tad bit far away.

I can't remember where I got the diagram on the net but I'll email it to you if you like.

Thanks, for the offers, I got the exploded view, unf. that doens't help me put the belts back on the dang'd thing... I've read the belt re-doing threads and I am still just as frustrated with this "opportunity" for bloody knuckles and expanding my 4 year olds vocabulary of popular naval terms ( means I'm gonna cuss like a sailor)

Is the problem that the belts are too tough to stretch? For bandsaw tires they suggest putting them in hot (not boiling) water for a while to make them more pliable.

This could be God's way of telling you you need a change. In other words, whereas some might see this as an impediment, you might see this as an opportunity...TO UPGRADE!!!

Instead of a 19mm socket he suggests, a 3/4" might be more available and is the correct size of the nut. But 19mm is pretty close if you don't have the 3/4".
