    Weird 'Bama weather

Well, yesterday the highs were in the 70's, with lots of rain and tornadic type activity. Today, we woke up to tornado sirens, lots of rain and we reached the high of about 70 about noon/early afternoon. The forecast is for the temps to start dropping with snow starting tonight about midnight. Some computer models indicate that I may see as much as 5 inches, although a dusting to maybe 2" is what most folks are saying as reasonable. BTW: The high tomorrow may not hit 40, and it probably will be early in the morning (the last forecast I saw).

Crazy, ain't it. I'm in short sleeves and denim shorts right now, and we're looking as skipping church in the morning due to concerns of ice on the interstate bridges (we attend a church about 15 miles away).

Yeah, that's crazy weather. On the news tonight, they were saying Atlanta is in store for about 1" of snow. The hardest hit of the winter.

Yesterday was payday, which means I should have gone to the grocery store last night. We had our Pack's Blue and Gold Banquet, so I couldn't go last night. I decided not to even try it today. I don't need bread and milk that bad.

We are still trying to recover for January's ice storm and loss of power. We had 70's

here and Friday night with the wind gusting from the North the temperature started

dropping. About 9:00 AM it started snowing here and is getting rather deep. Bill
