    My 11 yr old

So I,ve been up all night trying to fix this dogone computer that freezes up all the time and couldn,t find anyone to help. So I asked my son if he could help. Low and behold he had it up and running perfect in about 10 minutes. I asked him what was wrong with it and he said it was and id ten and t problem. I asked was this common and he replied just with older models. So I went online looking for the id ten and t problem and could find nothing. Finally I questioned him more thoroughly and figured it out. Just right it down numerically and you will get the answer I.D.1 O T.

    Cool!

Why is it that our kids make us feel like one? Especially when I need help with the cell phone!!

How does that song go? ". . . they have already learned more than we will ever know . . . " (I think from Gigi).

    Regards, Steve

Oh, I'd love to use that on my wife, but I likely wouldn't get dinner tonight.

I've sent more than one newbie out for a form ID 10 T back when I was in the USAF. I've also asked for a bucket of K9P, and 20 feet of flight line.

Many years ago when I repaired computers for a living, we would write the code PBKAC in the lower left corner of service orders to help our delivery technicians ensure the problem was resolved for the customer. It stands for problem between keyboard and chair. As soon as they saw it, they knew they'd be doing some training in addition to delivery and setup.

Similar to an ID10T error without the customer clubbing your techs to death when they read it on a form.
