    Glad you're still here!

Let's see if I can remember how to post a new thread....

So, after over a year of hiatus from the shop (and BT3Central), I decided to spend some of my holiday vacation making a computer desk. I went to raise the blade of my BT3k, felt too much resistance, and....

Nope, didn't drop the shims, didn't strip the elevator. Instead, I logged onto BT3Central, did a little reading, and got my saw tuned up.

In the meantime, though, I see I have 66,042 new posts to read (might have to skim some of them). I see not all of them are from Loring (over 10k posts?! Congrats!)

Anything else happen while I was gone? I'm off to look for pictures of LarryG's new shop -- it better be finished!

Good to "see" you guys again -- I hope not to be too much of a stranger, at least for a while....

    Regards,
    Tom

Welcome back Tom! I was wondering what had happened to you as I was searching about mortising attachments for DP.

Welcome back to the site. If you're gonna read all the posts, you're gonna be a tired little boy.

Um, what happened to the "Whistling Tunelessly While Pretending He Didn't Read That" smilie? I can't find it. There used to be one. Looks like it's gone. Must've been that last forum software update that Sam applied. Yeah, I'm sure that's it ...

Thought about emailing you to find out what you've been up to. When people disappear, we always wonder if it was for good or bad.

Something else different, Jeff Schronce, (aka Fishing the Amazon) hasn't been around in some time. He said he was getting into something else (don't remember what), so people here have some more money for wood, instead of tools.
She couldn't tell the difference between the escape pod, and the bathroom. We had to go back for her.........................Twice.
