Mainly took a chunk of skin from the base of my thumb. I was surprised that there was hardly any blood at all. I guess it was a benefit that 1) it was only a block plane, 2) the blade was sharp enough to make a very clean cut, and 3) it wasn't a power tool. Mostly it just wasn't fun.
I just held a rag on it until the blood stopped then carried on. I'm sure by tomorrow it won't even be a conversation starter. Thanks for thinking of me guys.From the "deep south" part of Canada
