    Comp question for developers. CSS books?

    Hey guys and gals...

    I am trying to crash course in CSS for a project, and am finding some useful sites on the subject, but I am looking for more detailed information than say w3cschools can provide. Particularly looking to see how CSS handles things similar to includes. For example if I want to build a single menu bar, keep it in one file, and call that file from each page, how would I do that?

    Can anyone suggest a good book on the subject?
