    Can I drive that car on the street. Mileage would be terrible but car would be awesome.

                  Kind of reminds me of how I drove back in the '60s. Dad was always replacing tires that wore out pre-maturely.

                          Looked like a law enforcement EVOC class except that cops drive fast and break parts. One of the few trainings I never was able to go to! Sure looks like fun but where to find a de-commissioned air force base that has not been made into a public airport????

                            I believe that is the old El Toro MCAS in southern California and has been abandoned since 1999. As typical, a city grew around it then complained about the noise.
