    If what you''re saying is exactly correct, this is a shoddy business practice. I would keep it. If enough people keep it and don't pay, they will soon learn that this doesn't work and stop it.
    You don't need a parachute to skydive, you only need a parachute to skydive twice.

        They sent me a book two or three years ago. It's not that good a book and it's sitting on the shelf somewhere.

        And no, I didn't pay for it.
