Woodworking classes

Has anyone else taken any weeklong woodworking classes? Care to share your experiences and where you took your class?

Not yet, but I have a wish list that LOML has approved for the spring from The Cutting Edge in Houston. (A Rockler affiliate). I have friends that have been to thie classes at this location, and all is well with what they learned. Maybe I can actually learn to cut dovetails and not blow out the tails...

Force Machinery in NJ (a long long time ago 20-25yrs) used to do day seminars. LOML and I had the opportunity to attend one day sessions by Toshi Odate, Frank Klaus and other notable instructors. While these were more of a classroom style presentation, no hands on, they were very valuable.

I have often thought of a longer intensive course. Either I was too busy at work or don't have the cash.

We will expect a full report, with pictures describing what you did on your summer vacation.
