      Now, crossdressing, well that's something completely different, and depending where you're living, it could be considered very very rude.

        Anytime I see some of our members crossposts over at IAP it gives me a sense of being amongst friends. Not that IAP isn't a friendly site, it is, but I've been a member here for much longer.

          I believe that I've seen less tolerance of this practice on the newsgroups. People there seem to be very sensitive and perhaps it's a hold over from the early days of the web when bandwidth(?) was scarce and they were just being frugal. Pure speculation on my part and with no prior knowledge to back it up.
